2. Recipe and Method
Recipe (Serves 2–3):
- 茄子 1 根,切厚片或滚刀块
- 节瓜 1 根,切厚片
- 土豆 1–2 个,去皮切薄片或小块
- 番茄 2 个,切块,或番茄罐头 200 g
- 洋葱 1/2 个,切丝
- 大蒜 2–3 瓣,切片或切末
- 特级初榨橄榄油 3–4 汤匙
- 清水或蔬菜高汤 80–120 ml

- 烤箱预热至 190°C,准备一个较深的烤盘或陶瓷烤皿。

6. Precautions
- 土豆比节瓜和番茄更难熟,建议切得稍薄或稍小,避免蔬菜成熟不均。
- 橄榄油是此菜风味核心,但若需要控制热量,可适当减少用量,不必完全去除。
- 低盐饮食者可减少盐量,利用番茄、蒜、香草和烘烤后的自然甜味来增加风味。
