2. Recipe and Method
Recipe (1–2 servings):
- Angelica sinensis slices 5–8 g
- Five red dates, pitted.
- 60 g japonica rice
- 800 ml of clean water
- 5g of goji berries (optional)
- A little brown sugar, optional
practice:
- 当归片快速冲洗,红枣洗净后去核。
- Rinse the rice thoroughly and put it in a pot.
- 锅中加入当归片、红枣、粳米和清水。
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 35–40 minutes.
