Depression and anxiety features:

Coexistent anxiety with depression is a complex condition characterized by the coexistence of anxiety and depressive symptoms, yet not fully meeting the diagnostic criteria for each. Individuals often experience a constant state of anxiety and low mood, experiencing both anxiety about the future and feelings of hopelessness, irritability, and a lack of motivation. Typical symptoms include sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating, excessive worry, self-denial, fatigue, and a loss of interest in daily activities. This condition is common in individuals with sub-health conditions, characterized by frequent mood swings and intense internal conflict, and is often overlooked or misdiagnosed. If not addressed promptly, it can develop into a serious disorder, requiring early identification and intervention.

Teaching objectives:

Identifying the combined manifestations of anxiety and depression
Develop the ability to understand and name internal emotional conflicts
Master the multidimensional adjustment tools for dual symptoms
Enhance cognitive flexibility and reduce automatic negative responses
