A.About psychological testing
Psychological testing isn't about labeling or making final judgments; it's a gentle and rational tool for self-exploration. We employ a Socratic questioning structure to help you gradually uncover your true feelings and thought patterns. This testing approach emphasizes process over outcome, encouraging you to reflect deeply on "what I'm going through" and "where my struggles stem from," and to experience a sense of understanding and guidance as you answer the questions. Psychological testing is the starting point for a healing journey. It's not about judging good or bad, but about illuminating the light of awareness. A psychology background isn't necessary; simply be honest with yourself in the present moment. The test results will be presented in a gentle and rational manner, providing clear direction, a framework for understanding, and a path for further growth.

◉Mediterranean Diet · 19. Roasted Pepper Salad
I. Recommended Dietary Therapy and Reasons
Recommended dishes:Roasted Pepper Salad
Recommended reasons: Roasted bell pepper salad is a bright, tender, and low-calorie Mediterranean dish, perfect for providing refreshing vegetables and visual comfort during social anxiety classes. Roasting enhances the sweetness and softens the texture of the bell peppers, creating a delightful balance of tangy goodness and gentle sweetness when combined with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. It's ideal for those experiencing low appetite due to anxiety, those needing a light meal, or those seeking a more visually appealing and balanced meal, offering a sense of pleasure and lightness through vibrant yet comforting food.
2. Recipe and Method
Recipe (1–2 servings):
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or red wine vinegar
- A little minced garlic, optional
- A little chopped parsley
- 4–6 black olives, optional
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sea salt
- 20g of shredded feta cheese (optional)
practice:
- Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, and remove the seeds and white membranes.
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place bell peppers cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is browned and softened.
- After removing the bell peppers, cover them with a bowl or put them in a sealed bag and let them sit for 5 minutes to make them easier to peel.
- Peel off some of the charred skin and cut the bell peppers into wide strips.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice or red wine vinegar, black pepper and a pinch of sea salt and mix gently.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and you can add black olives or a small amount of feta cheese before serving.
3. Small rituals for body and mind
When roasting bell peppers, you can observe the color change from bright to soft, reminding yourself that strong emotions can also be softened by time.
When peeling bell peppers, slow down and don't strive for perfection. Remind yourself: It's okay for me to be imperfect.
When you take the first bite, experience the tenderness of the bell pepper, the smoothness of the olive oil, and the refreshing taste of the lemon, allowing your body to feel light and relaxed.
4. Dietary Therapy Experience Record
- Record when you eat it: whether it's a side dish with a main meal, an afternoon snack, or a treat to help you regain your appetite after a social event.
- Observe changes in refreshment, stomach comfort, mood brightness, and satiety within 30–60 minutes after consumption.
- If you consume this product when anxiety is causing a decreased appetite, you can record whether the color and sweet/sour taste help you feel more willing to eat.

6. Precautions
- Bell peppers are easier to peel after roasting and simmering for a few minutes, but they don't need to be completely removed.
- People with sensitive stomachs can reduce the amount of minced garlic and vinegar used.
- Feta cheese and black olives contain salt, so additional sea salt should be used sparingly when adding them.
- Roasted bell peppers can be served as a side dish after being refrigerated, but it is recommended to consume them within 24 hours.
- For a lower fat content, reduce the amount of olive oil used, but it is not recommended to remove it completely.
