2. Recipe and Method
Recipe (1–2 servings):
- 50g glutinous rice
- 30 g of japonica rice
- 人参片 3–5 g
- 大枣 4 枚,去核
- 800 ml of clean water
- A little rock sugar, optional
practice:
- 糯米和粳米淘洗干净,可提前浸泡 30 分钟。
- 人参片快速冲洗,大枣洗净后去核。
- 锅中加入糯米、粳米、人参片、大枣和清水。
- 大火煮开后转小火,保持慢慢翻滚。
