2. Recipe and Method
Recipe (1–2 servings):
- 苦瓜 80–100 g,去瓤切薄片
- Soak 30g of Job's tears in advance.
- 50 g japonica rice
- 850 ml of clean water
- A little rock sugar, optional
- A pinch of salt, optional
practice:
- 薏仁提前浸泡 2–3 小时,便于煮软。
